Return and Refunds Policy

We are using PayUMoney payment gateway thrive to provide to our customers with the safest and convenient online shopping experience when they make transactions on our web site using PayUMoney Payment Gateway. PayUMoney make sure that they transfer the payment into our online store’s bank account once they get a confirmation from you (customer). This is why it is important that you register with PayUMoney and with Us. Once you are registered with PayUMoney, you will have your own dashboard where you can check the transactions made by you and their status as well. Also, you have access to the “Release Payment” button. Once you have received your order, you can click on this button to intimate PayUMoney to release the payment to our store. This way your money is safe with us until you get the stuff ordered by you. If you not received the items with in 30 days, your payment is safe and secure with PayUMoney, and you raise a dispute and within 5 to 10 days PayUMoney refund you the full purchase amount.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by Phone, we’ll solve immediately, else you can proceed further to refund policy as mentioned below:

  • Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You may request a return within 30 days of the receipt of the product.
  • Deliveries to Tamil Nadu State take on average 1 to 3 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other States may take longer as average 10 to 20 days. To increase shipping security, You should ask a delivery receipt from the delivery company and double check the parcel is parceled. If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.
  • For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the India Post Parcel Service and Other Private Courier services.

How To Return An Item

Return Exceptions

No items can not be returned if they are opened.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Restocking Fee

There are no restocking fee. But, we also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, this will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

You can exchange the items as you wish equal to the amount you purchased, additionally you  should pay the shipping and handling charges.
