When can you invoke PayUMoney Buyer Protection?

 

Didn’t receive the product / service

You will get a full refund if you didn’t get the product/service within the time promised by the seller

Product doesn’t match your expectation

In case a product does not match your expectation as described while the purchase then PayUMoney dispute team will resolve the dispute

How PayUMoney Buyer Protection Works?

1. If your product/service isn’t as described by the seller or hasn’t arrived within the promised time, contact the seller. Most sellers are happy to quickly resolve any issues.
2. As soon as you recognize issue with your purchase, go to your customer dashboard and follow the below steps



1. RAISE DISPUTE

  • From actions tab select “Raise Dispute” 
  • to initiate a dispute


2. DESCRIBE THE ISSUE

  • Describe the issue and share any images,
  • documents, merchant communications
  • that will help in resolution

3. On receiving your complaint, our dedicated dispute resolution team will swiftly resolve the dispute with merchant to get your rightful purchase or refund.
